Shri Shankheshwarji Tirth
White coloured idol of Bhagwan Shri Shankheshwar Parshwanath in the Padmasana posture is nearly 182 cms. high. In ancient sculpture this tirth is referred to as Shankhapur. The idol of Bhagwan Shri Parshwanath begun to be worshiped from the time of Shri Ashadhi Shravak.In the year 1155 of the Vikram era, Sajjan sheth built the Shankheshwar temple on the bank of Rupen river. This temple has been renovated for 5 times since than. In the year 1760 of the Vikram era, the sanstha built the new temple and get the idol reinstalled. Besides, there is Aagam mandir temple, the temple of 108 Parshwanath, Gurumandir and other temples. It is 65 kms. from Viramgam, 130 kms. from Ahmedabad and 100 kms. from Mehsana.
Shri Siddhagiri Palitana Tirth
That which sublinates is tirtha ( place of pilgrimage ). One who promotes tirth is tirthankar. Shetrunjaya tirth is situated at a distance of 50 kms. from Bhavnagar, 30 kms. from Shihor and 230 kms. from Ahmedabad in saurashtra is generally woked upon as a tirth of all times. The tirth ever tirthankar of jain dharma and the foremost person to human civlization, Shri Rishebhdev Bhagwan visited this sacred place ninety nine times. Being a great city of temples shatrunjaya tirth is Siddha Kshetra of all times as defined and approved by the Aagama’s The mountain consist of a height of 1640 feet and the road to the top from the valley is 2.25 miles in length and has 3750 steps.
Jahaj Mandir Tirth Mandavala
The Ship temple erected in the heart of Mandavla in Jhalore district is 85 kms. from Nakodaji.The temples foundation was laid in 1993 by Jainkirti Suri Sagarji smarak trust. The creation stands as a ship model beautifully carved with marbles. The Jahaj mandir itself is a wonderful creation in the history of Jainism built in a ship's shape. The temple stands erect magnifically 55 feet in height.
Shri Pavapuri Jal Mandir Tirth-Bihar
Pavapuri is also called Apapuri situated 8 kms. from Bihar sharif, 31 kms. from Rajgir and 87 kms. from Patna.Pavapuri is a sacred Jain Pilgrimage. Lord Mahavira, 24th tirthankara of jainism, breathed his last at this place and was cremated here around 500 B.C. At present the site of the nirvana of lord Mahavira is accepted where magnificent jain temple stands in centre of a big lake.
Shri Ranakpur Tirth
Ranakpur temples were built during the rule of Rana Kumbha, which includes in the list of five main pilgrim distinations of jains in india. History tells that Rana Kumbha donated a vast stretch of land to Dhanna Shah to enable him to realise him dream of building the great temple. It is located in the transwill valley of the Aravalli range 90 kms. from Udaipur. The most important is the Chaumukhji temple, dediceted to the first tirthankar, Adinath. It has four temple having a basement of 48000 sq. ft.
The temple boasts of four subsidarry shrinks , 24 pillared halls and 80 domes standing on the support of nearly 400 columns. ( total number of columns in the temple is around 1444 ). Each of the columns is richly curved.
No two columns presents same design. More over the columns change colour from golden to pale blue with the passage of every hour during the day.
